• Roll your garbage containers to the curb the night before pickup or early in the morning on the day of pickup. This helps ensure that your garbage is removed in a timely manner and helps our crew to deliver fast service to your neighbors. Failure to roll trash containers to the curb in time may result in a missed pickup.
• Contain all trash in proper trash bags. We can pick up trash in standard kitchen bags, as well as larger black trash bags. For larger items, please place them in a properly sized box or container if possible. Our crew will do their best to remove all trash they see by the curb on your pickup date.
• Only place household garbage out for trash pickup. Everyday waste generated from your home, such as food packaging, paper, and non-recyclable materials, is acceptable. Items such as construction debris, yard waste, or commercial waste are not included in pickup and may be left behind.
• Do not put out oil or wet paint items for garbage pickup. These materials are considered hazardous waste and must be disposed of with the help of specialists to ensure environmental protocols are followed. Residents are encouraged to bring used motor oil, paint, and similar substances to designated household hazardous waste collection facilities for safe disposal.
• Do not place hazardous waste materials in or around the trash containers for pickup. For safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance, we are not able to remove hazardous materials. This includes chemicals, asbestos, pesticides, propane tanks, and any flammable or toxic substances. Customers are responsible for disposing of these items through approved hazardous waste facilities to ensure community and environmental safety.
